Creating a triplex, building stairs, underneath a toilet and storage

Here a 'duplex' (two floors apartment) became a 'triplex' (three floors apartment). The client wanted to linked two floors with stairs. Our team first opened the upper floor, then renovated the walls with gyproc, placed these stairs, painted. The client wanted a toilet and a tailored storage under the stairs, so we built that too.
